BOLETIM OF THE SPCI

With the creation of the Bulletin, we intend to offer to the members of the PICS a space, where, in a less bureaucratic way, an exchange of ideas may take place and points of scientific interest - therapeutic or diagnostic - which frequently cause worries in the normal day to day running of the service, where we work.

It is our intention to create a "Forum", where it is possible to explain personal opinions, debate methodologies, and exchange experiences, without the rigorous screening of a medical journal. To achieve this, it is only necessary that we express ourselves unreservedly in order to start to debate ideas.

The Bulletin is therefore an instrument to be used to evaluate what we do everyday, share knowledge and experiences, and discuss issues which concern the medical and nursing staff of the Intensive Care Units.
